School Bus/7D Certificate Suspension Provision

540 CMR 2.15(4) Effective 12/23/22

New provision authorizing the RMV to suspend a school bus and/or school transport “7D” vehicle operator certificate immediately when the operator “has been criminally charged with an offense involving a threat to the public safety, or has been the subject of a report to the Department of Children and Families pursuant to G.L. c. 119, § 51A.”
